Data we collect on duren

When you open an account on duren, we ask for your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. We verify these details against your payment provider's records – if you deposit via DANA or e-wallet, we cross-check your identity with those platforms' data. We also collect your location (by IP address) to enforce jurisdiction restrictions and detect fraud.

During gameplay and betting, we log your account activity – which games you play, how much you wager, when you log in, and which device you use. We track this to detect unusual patterns (rapid deposits and withdrawals, impossible betting sequences) that signal account compromise or fraud. Our services are available only where local law permits. We do not offer duren in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by law. If you access duren from a prohibited region, we may close your account and forfeit your balance.

Because our servers are located outside Indonesia, your personal data is transferred internationally. By using duren, you consent to this transfer. We ensure transfers comply with data-protection standards through encryption and contractual safeguards. If you do not accept cross-border transfer of your data, you should not use duren.
